Overall Merit has done a great job in the LOX Division, during the opening, and now throughout the day to day operation. They also did a great job during my time in the FRE division, being the first distribution center they serviced. They strive to ensure the company is satisfied, especially when an issue or problem does occur, they take action rather quickly. The resources they have are very beneficial, from having a travel team ready when the site is short staffed, to their multiple levels of available management. These resources ensure action is taken, instead of the operation suffering during these types of transitions. Merit’s technology has also given our corporate office and site more visibility than any unloading service has done before. For these reasons above, I would recommend Merit as an unloading service.
