The move to Merit Logistics in Webberville has been a huge success for our DC. Merit handled the transition with the utmost professionalism. WEB saw no disruption of service during the transition. Efficiencies and overall moral of our Team was immediately evident. Merit had a travel team in place and was fully staffed with excellent leadership following the move. Francios holds the Team accountable while treating them with respect and providing coaching and additional training when needed. Merit has a great leadership structure providing us with constant supervision over the docks, something we were lacking with the previous company.
