Yesenia Garcia embarked on her journey as a finance professional in 2008 and has since flourished in her field. She began her career at Merit Logistics in 2017 as an accounting specialist. Her exceptional performance led to her promotion to Senior Accountant in November 2019, where she not only maintained her accounting responsibilities but also began overseeing the Payroll department. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Yesenia was promoted to her current position as Director of Finance in April 2022. In this role, she now oversees both the Accounting and Payroll Departments, exemplifying her exceptional leadership capabilities. Her 15 years of accounting experience have helped her gain the level of expertise to become the leader she is today.
