An unexpected system shutdown disrupted the order picking process, leaving our team at a standstill without access to their Vocollect technology. With order fulfillment on the line, it was crucial to act swiftly to prevent any delays that could impact our client’s commitments.

In the face of adversity, our team swiftly devised a solution to tackle the order picking challenges. We resorted to printing out all the orders and divided our team into pairs for manual order picking off the paper lists. This collaborative effort not only ensured the day’s orders were completed on time, but also showcased the resilience and teamwork that define Merit Logistics.
