Merit Logistics wants to congratulate Cesar Almanza, one of our liquor picking associates in the state of Washington for completing 41 weeks straight without breaking a single bottle. That translates to working 1,627 hours without a single break, or maybe even more significantly, 775,628 bottles picked with ZERO broken.
When you consider that the average liquor picker in any warehouse breaks about 1.5 bottles on average per week, it’s quite an impressive individual accomplishment. On behalf of everyone here at Merit Logistics, we want to recognize and thank Cesar for this tremendous display focus and attention to detail. This type of conscientious performance is what allows Merit to deliver Next Level performance to our valued customers.
