Merit Logistics to Move to New Facilities

Hayward, CA -- March 20, 2006: Merit Logistics, a privately held transportation and logistics company based in Hayward, California, today announced it has moved its headquarters and and warehousing facilities to new, more spacious facilities to accommodate its short- and long-term plans for growth.

Founded in early 2005 as a non-asset-based freight forwarding company, it is now recognized as one of Northern California's fastest growing full-service transportation and logistics companies. In the last six months, it has tripled its client roster and revenues and expanded the range of services it offers to include a raft of warehousing and distribution services.

The company's new facilities, which are still located in the Hayward area, close to I-880 and CA-92, house its new corporate offices and its new full-service warehousing and distribution facilities. The warehousing and distribution facilities can easily be expanded on-demand to handle future growth.

Merit Logistics is one of the few transportation and logistics companies in Northern California to specialize in handling high-tech electronic components and equipment and has received industry-wide recognition for developing many innovative solutions to transporting, warehousing and distributing those goods.
